Depalletizer & Palletizer

The depalletizing system features a manipulator arm with six degrees of freedom that can handle various formats, from racks to bulk pallets. Its production capacity is 2,000 jugs per hour.

Jug Leak Detector

This equipment checks containers for any cracks and removes those that do not meet the customer’s standard. The line-integrated design ensures no production stoppage, helping customers reduce waste and complaints.

Filler

Very fast with minimal wastage. Equipped with an automatic litre-counting system to prevent water waste. Maximum production capacity is 2,000 jugs per hour.

Capper

Caps different types of lids at varying torque levels. This automatic machine includes an integrated configurable torque control and supports multiple formats. Maximum speed is 2,000 jugs per hour. It consumes low air and electrical power.

In-line Jug Washer

Capable of washing up to 2,000 jugs per hour using continuous contact at high pressure, ensuring compliance with demanding hygiene standards.
